A/c fan not blowing hard

Hey everyone,
New member, geat site.
I just purchased a 89 GT 2.8 from a neighbor. The A/C wasn't working, so I replaced the compressor, dryer, and oriface tube. Could not get the compressor to kick on, and after searching through the message board, found some ideas to check. To make a long story short, the red wire from the fan relay to the 12 volt post (which has a solid fuse inline) was bad. Replace it with a new wire with a fuse and, bingo, the compressor (and cooling fan) works! Now the only problem is even on high, the A/C does not blow out very hard through the vents. You can hear the blower fan running, but very little air coming out the vents. I aready took the blower fan out and checked it out, looks OK. Any suggestions?
