Need help with license plate lights

My ground effects didn't come with lights for my license plate and now I need them to pass the stupid PA inspection.  Does anybody have an easy solution?

tape a flashlight there!!, no no, what about these, you could easily rig something up so it will work, and it does not have to be perminent.

Steal some off another beretta or someone else's car and wire them into your parking lights..
