Gen 2-3 v6 Exhaust ports are they the same?
I'm in desperate need of help. I want to weld up my own headers for my V6, but soon i want to convert to gen 3 heads.
I want to weld them up in place on a spare engine.
should i wait till i get the gen 3 heads, or is the port pattern the same?

The ports on Gen II heads are round, and the ports on the Gen III heads are D shaped. There are tons of pictures over on www.60degreev6.com
