I tig welded that mofo on upside down under the car... THAT was fun... lol Totally different feel to the whole exhaust once that was put on too... holds it in place really well in comparison to what I had on the previous system. Had to order new exhaust tips as well... The ones on the car were VERY old and tired and had been cut down so short that I couldn't cut them off and end up with enough to use this time around. Don't worry... Gibson still makes the same tips :)

I've got just about everything... lol I have a full coat that I will wear if needed, but I did that with standard Kobalt gloves, nothing too special. That's the beautiful thing about tig, no sparks!

Did more work last night and have the S pipes in the rear nearly done... just need to extend them beyond the bumper and then shorten the straights if they are too far to the right... Couldn't dial it in without the Tips and those should be here today.

I'm trying :) It's very time consuming but the end result should be worth all the time.

Got it finished up Friday evening. Sound nice!

Now I just need to clean the garage and get it off the platforms so I can move it. I will be sticking with the hollow cat and cutout pipe for now, but I will be modifying a standard Cat pipe as well as making up a full straight pipe to go in there... I'll have all the spectrum's of sound, from absolutely obnoxious, to the above video, to mild.

Never would have pegged it to sound like a MPFI engine...
