Quite a few of us are also members over on 60degreev6.com which is the site where WOTTECH was born I guess you could say. Thats where my whole valvetrain is from in my car. I ordered back in 2007.

But you do bring up a good point, we should have this linked somewhere if its not already on the main Bnet page.

He is located in the US btw.

Just about all of us know about WOT-Tech. they're made of win! They're our major source for performance parts. :)

so then why are you guys wanting other people to make them for you and not buying them professionally built i think i'd rather have an engineer do my headers instead of some shmoe

They just started making them last year. No one else makes them(no big brands) and custom headers would cost alot more. I'm just glad that they are out there, that is why I have a set. Dude just be happy that they were nice enough to make them for us. It's hard to get anything for these 60* engines.
Wow no Eric relpy? You got off easy on this!
I'm a nice guy, but you almost got me to go off on you. But you are just looking out for us and trying to help. Forced Firebird is no shmoe. Just to warn you there may be some butt chewing posts on the way from others.

Explain yourself a but more on this post since the shmoe who made the first set of S&S headers fit our car would me me. I since made 2 other sets fit for other members.

well if you think about it none of us i mean none icluding me know anything on how exhaust is supposed to perform properly but the pro's would or you would hope so, so all i am saying is that it's pretty fricken sweet that someone out there is paying attention to our cars instead of getting ourselves to make somthing that may or may not be good for us and i'm pretty sure those guys know better than any of us how its supposed to work. not trying to be an ass just looking at the big picture.

I guess you missed the point that i already bought headers for a 3400 so all I had to do was change the angle on the rear header so I wasnt screwing up the exhaust flow since I'm not an "engineer"... There are some things yes better left to the pros, But when they don't exist you need to take things into your own hands... And you need to be carefull how you state that, your going to make haters of you before friends.

I also hate to break it to you, but most car intelligent people are NOT engineers... they've learned from years of testing and changing things. Not from what a book told them.

you know 3x00 you do make a great point i'm SORRY if i had offended anyone i initially wanted to post here to let fellow beretta owners that they do make headers i never ment to get a bitch fest but you are right I am a mechanic and have friends also in exhaust shops that have to make things work this is true so do I, but I guess being in my position it is way cheaper for me to pay someone to do it instead of me screwing my stuff up because i overlooked something again i am sorry to anyone i offended

Understandable it is sometimes cheaper to pay someone to do it. And we are aware of the newly offered Headers by WOT-Tech... It was just this year that they became available on the site, so before that we had to work with what we had at our disposal.

I'm not sure where you found info about fellow Beretta owners still looking for header options, but there are quite a few old topics on here and double checking the date before thinking we are still stuck in that rut is a good idea :)

When it comes to headers too, the biggest things you need to worry about is smooth flow, ideal primary size for flow, good collectors, and if you want to make good power then you need to concentrate on equal length and possibly a set of long runners.... so header theory can seem overwhelming at first, but can be grasped by the general user.

No harm done this time around ;)

No problem man. Don't feel as if we were trying to run you off. Check that link. It has some good info on the how and why of headers.

Did Milzy ever get enough buyers to build their headers?
