you have mods your not telling anyone about then.  No way in hell can a stock 3500 spring.. which happens to be the same as a 3100 or 3400 spring, can't hold up to 6500 RPM ÂÂÂ

Awesome. You hitting maple grove or atco soon?

BTW NOPI is coming to ATCO later this month.  Bikini contest time. And a little drag racing to watch too...

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but if you ordered them from Discount Tire, you won't get them any time soon, at least in that size.

I have had a pair (225/50/15) on order for a buddy for 4 weeks, and they can't even give me a delivery promise.

And Tire Rack is showing "fewer than 2". And they are more expensive, plus no free shipping.

Did you find them somewhere else?

Shoulda gone with a 205/50 for the slighly smaller tire, and also quicker turn around... but I dont think you need a smaller tire because your 1st gear is so high already.

Back OFF TOPIC! LOL.

Oh come on now Jon.

Do the math.

1.00 3rd gear, 24" tires and 6000 RPM is 115 mph with the 3.73's, and 109 mph with the 3.94's

No way this thing will get that fast.

FWIW my shift light is set at 6200. No float.

The only thing going to be stupid is the 3600 RPM at 70 mph or so.

If I don't hear anything in a week or so I will see if they have the smaller ones and have them send me those instead.

I still feel anything over 5800 is pushing it with stock valve springs... We shall see...

Hell we run aftermarket springs on the race car and those suckers are floating at 6300... Nevermind if they were stock.

Just got off the phone with them. They have them in the Arizona Distribution Center. I should have them in a week or two.

Because they didn't have them and haven't for a month.

I got the last two in late February and they have been on back-order ever since.

And a week or two doesn't sound like two day shipping to me.

Their web site still says "on order" at all 3 locations, which it has for the last 3 1/2 weeks. (But I got a $50 credit out of them for the delay.)

We'll see.
