Stumped
Hey guys,
I have a 96 Beretta 4 cyl. Bought it 2 months ago and has been running fine. As I was driving today, the temperature began to go up (never ran hot, but began climbing above the normal operating temperature) and it began losing power, then it died altogether. It wouldn't restart after several attempts. Any ideas where to start?

Re: Stumped
Will it start now that it's cooled off?
Maybe cooling radiator cooling fan died.
Maybe head gasket blew and coolant got too low in the system for the gauge to read.
Hows the oil? Milky in color?
Are you low on coolant now?
Just some things to check.

Re: Stumped
Just so you know the 2.0/2.2L is prone to head gasket failure. As said check the oil for milk.
