Im not sure.. car was torn apart over 3 years ago in a different house n then i moved into the place i bought..
As i said, ill have to tear my garage apart to see if its in any if my parts bins .

Personally I would just return what you could of what you have (struts parts wise and upper mounts) and then just go buy 94+ struts, and upper mount's and voila you can get the strut that has the new style tab already on it.
Just make sure to order/use the 94+ end link since I think it's longer to compensate for the difference. BUT if you can't return what you currently have then yes you need to find a set of those bolt-able brackets.

The newer style end link came out in '92 along with the new struts with different upper mount and larger brakes.

You can also change out the swaybar and use the holes in the control arms.
