Alright I bought the car the other day ... It was running ruff when I bought but it was only 500$ with 50k miles so worth the chance... It started have a "miss" at low speeds 15-30 mph... Now it will stall at stop signeds ... And a Miss when driving down the road cruising... But when I mash the gas it runs fine.(it will idle just fine in P or N) I have replace the tps, ips, spark plugs, ... I have tryed unplugging the tcc, unplag the vacuum on the map sensor has great vacuum... So I'm kind lost in what to next so kind need some help

You may have a bad fuel injector or a bad plug wire. You will need an ohm meter.
These engines are prone to bad fuel injectors.
The fuel injectors should measure about 11-12 ohms. If you do find a bad one,
you can maybe take your ohm meter to the junk yard to find a good replacement.
With the plug wires, ohms vary with length so measure all and compare to each other.
They may be about 10,000 ohms or 8,000 ohms but if you find one with 20,000 ohms,
it's most likely bad.
I'm not sure what an ips is.

Unplug the TCC. Square plastic connector, and often blue in color with four wires pinned in the connector. Located on the transmission, hidden by the air filter assembly covering over the area. Not far from the starter.

Search this site for TCC Solenoid if you don't know what, where, how address it.

Test drive once unplugged. If conditions of the stalling go away, you can either leave it unplugged or replaced the TCC switch.

lol dang I overlooked that. ICM is my guess... unless that's what IPS is meant to be in the replaced parts?

Ips is idle position sensor just above the tps... OK all injectors are are good all between 11.9-13... I disconnected the tcc again nothing haha... It seems to be getting worse ... On the way to the parts store today she stalled out 5 to 6 times in the 4.5 mile drive...

Have you checked your fuel pressure? Also the O2 sensor and coolant temp sensor are very big sensors when it comes to fueling and if either of those is malfunctioning the car will run extremely rich or lean. It sounds like your having a rich running condition which is why you will be fine at WOT and stall when at idle and cruise.

And most will refer to the sensor you described as the IAC Idle air control valve. It's not a position sensor, its an actual control valve that meters the air to allow it to idle.

You asked in another post.
The ICM in this car is in the front of the engine, between the engine and radiator, below the exhaust manifold.
Just follow the plug wires down and it is under the spark coils.

OK just check o2 sensor it's good .... Check the coolant temp gauge it was at 1.8ohms idk is thats good or not. Getting a fuel pressure gauge later and try that avenue

You can see the coil pack ends for the sparkplugs in that picture. Behind the three coils is the ICM.

OK today ended up replacing the crankshaft position sensor... It has seemed to help... It is running better I also replaced coolant temp sensor... No change there... No the is no rhyme or reason for when it shuts down .... I got 20-30 miles when is cold and it will stall out or it won't...or it will do it when it's nice and warm it will shut down... So tomorrow I will be looking a the fuel pump and such

How do you know the o2 sensor is good?
