Oil pressure gauge

I just put in the new Quad 4 in my GTZ yesterday. It runs like new, just perfect. The only problem I have, is the oil pressure gauge. Once I start the car, it will go way over 550 and will stay there, even when I shut of the car. Also the ABS light suddenly came on today.

My ABS light came on suddenly a few times back in 2002. Then everything started slowly acting wierd. Headlights turning on and off during driving, radio resetting itself... turned out it was my ECM. You might want to check it. Auto Zone in TX had a handy device to see if it was fried or not--and it was--and then I found a good one on Ebay for 40 bucks... but hopefully its not your ECM... good luck with that..

I found the problem. I accidently installed an oil pressure switch instead of an oil pressure sensor. Now everything`s fine with that.
