Try some Heet in the tank before you buy anything else. I really don't think that will help much, but it's worth a try.
Can you hear the pump running?

Does it have fuel pressure?

On a MPFI there is a schrader valve at the end of the fuel rail. Check for pressure.

ICM = Ignition Control Module
Its the thing your coil paks are mounted on.

Oil pressure sending unit? Those typically control the fuel pump relay and tell it to keep running because there is still oil pressure.
