When they are ready to ship I will get you the shipping charges and then you can pay the remainder and they will be on their way to you.

Ok I got the print and cost of material/time, These would be $45 a set +shipping. I'd like to drum up support here and see how many people actually want these things.

It's roughly $12 worth of material for each set,(3ft tube makes 9 sets price of tube is 108+ shipping) that's using standard carbon steel that will be easy to weld into the strut housing.

The first set I had made was more expensive because it required test fitting and modifying to make the step I had in there, as well as being bronze... With the steel being welded in place and not requiring the shock to hold it in then this part will not have a step inside, it will be a straight through ID which would just simulate the interior of the J-body strut, if you ask me that sounds quicker to make.

Here is the post with pictures of this bushing and installed in the strut.

For those who don't know, there are three points on the tube of the strut at the top that are used to center it... that's why there is a large gap between the tube and the bushing in that last photo.

You can see the centering points on this pic at the top of the strut

Well the total cost is way less than I expected it to be. You are looking at $45 a set +shipping to you.

do what? LOL

There is a thread about it. Something I did forget to point out in that thread is to do this swap you need to upgrade to the 92+ upper strut mounts since the strut collar that it bolts to is shorter. The older versions was a longer threaded shaft on the struts and the Koni's are not long enough to support that upper mount design.

You have to drill out the bottom of the strut to make a hole to secure the cartridge, and cut the top of it off 40mm down from the top of stock strut. Same procedure as doing it on a J-body You just need to add this bushing since our struts are larger internal diameter on the housing.

Koni doesn't make "full struts" they are replacement inserts. If they still made them for a Beretta you would still have to do the same procedure just minus this collar because the cartridge would be a larger diameter.
