Looks good. It would be nice to transport that trans tunnel into my car...OEM hookup for the shifter, ebrake, console, etc...haha

made a 4' by 8' welding table/surface plate. and made templets of the stock uni body frame rail sections from the fire wall back.

also started rough cutting off the bulk of the what will be un useable unibody sections of the camaro body. lots more to do here.

rear quarters cut off and rear frame rails cut off behind springs and panhard bar mount.

If it was easy to do it would'nt be worth doing. In my if it was easy to do it wouldn't be worth doing. IMO. I enjoy the project as much if not more than the result

all rough cutting done....time to start construction on the rear sub frame / tube chassis........ mini tubs shouldn't be necessary. there wont really be any rear wheel wells.....or trunk floor for that matter........ so u can almost go as wide as the trailing arms will allow......but i will most likely be sticking with the stock z28 wheels to stay true to theme....more to come!!!!!!!!

Stock 4th-gens can fit 315s, but I'm sure that will change with a Beretta body...

I am glad your going the right wheel drive....

The guys at West Coast Customs have cut up several 04-06 GTO's and put them under first gen Camaro bodies.

Kept the firewall - floor pan and rear axle assembly.

I know they have had to shorten the floor pan before from front to rear - but haven't seen anyone shorten it side to side.
