Re: 1994 Base
Pretty clean as well. Unfortunately, my dash is bubbling a little in the corner but it doesn't really bother me. The only issue I have yet to fix is I've got water coming in under the dash. When I get a chance, I plan on putting sealant along the firewall. It's only a guess but I observed the water literally dripping down so I'm guessing the leak must be where the cowl meets the firewall.ifixalot wrote:Looks pretty nice, how is the interior?

I have the same bubble, I have a better dash pad, I just haven't put it in yet.
You have the dreaded firewall leak common to Berettas.
If it's on the drivers side, you may have to take off the wiper motor to get to it.
Both driver's side and passenger side have flaps that let the water run out of the cowl.
Look under those flaps to see where it might be leaking.
It can be just cracked caulk but I've found the caulk cracked and water got in
and rusted the seam. It's hard to get it sealed if it is rusty.
Then, there will be a lot of water under the carpet inside the car.
I had to pull my carpet up and put a fan on it to dry it out after fixing the leak.

Re: 1994 Base
The cowl area is a leaking area. Use seam sealer on it. By the way all home caulk traps moisture and makes rust. On that treat any rust that you find. Seal the whole thing from one side to the other. Mine was leaking right where the flap is on the passenger side(along with a drivers side leak). If you need any tips or pointers just ask.
keep'em flying!

gives a good explanation for the water leakage and how to go about it.
