About the high idle in gear; did you install a new IAC?

I have a throttle body from a properly running cavalier I still have to put in but it almost seems like my spring is worn on mine. I'm gonna swap it in soon. I also noticed when I punch it it hesitates and pops only at wot faaaaaaaak just another thing to add

Heck all of that could be aimed right at the TB, lol. Hesitiation could be gas, bad TPS? Feels good to have it move under it's own power though doesn't it, lol.

I have a major overhaul coming soon, I'm going to do a 2 days back to back car work spree!! :beer:
new upper/lower intake manifold w/ throttle body
3.4 exhaust manifolds and new flowmaster/tips
12" rotor brake upgrade
lower Cavi frame brace
also want to do 94 3100 injectors and WOT-Tech chip

Lil bit of progress....the wife and kids leave on the 21st of this month so I'm hoarding parts until they leave. Then it's time for action

Got my calipers painted and mostly everything painted and ready.

Started my intake removal got some pics for ya
New intake manifold plus gaskets
New injectors
New thermostat, rad cap and a bunch of o rings here and there

More progress its looking a lot better just gotta paint the other shock tower and a few minor odds and ends to finish up. I'm hoping to fire it up today :D
