On our cars a 35mm offset tends to keep things out of the way.
Geoff has the perfect 17" set up, (245/40/17), and for 18's Cliff is right on!
Now if I could just find some rims I like for my damn GTZ!

The 245s require the perfect offset, and even then they rub on the fenders on some harder bumps. You can get away with around a 10mm range with the 225s.
