Depends on how far the rust has gone, if the underside is that bad there is a good chance it will have a hard time selling unless someone really wants the car to part. Photos help a lot with rust.
If I was to consider it, I would for sure part it for myself because the parts would be worth more to me than the car.
Personally I have only seen 1 other member do a full restoration so far on these cars.

Anything can be fixed, depends on motivation, resources, funding, etc.
Photos would really help his car sell. Even photos of the rusty parts.

That isn’t terrible. Looks like the bottom parts rotted on the side rails.

The car may have some life left for someone in another state.

I had an 88 in Ohio years ago that was rotted worse than that to where it was sagging in the middle enough to notice the doors were 0.5-1.0 cm off. Haha
