BerettaFest 2012 Registration - CLOSED!
With much fanfare, and ultimately delay, we are opening registration for BerettaFest 2012!
Registration will formally be open from today, 4/25/12, until 10:00pm CST on MAY 24, 2012!
We are limited to a 30 day window for one main reason: our hotel is closing our block of rooms as of midnight May 25, 2012. We are closing registration one day earlier to give any stragglers an honest chance at still reserving a room!
If there are any questions on this timeline, reservation process, or anything else we are asking that you PLEASE direct them via email to bfest@beretta.net. Any specific questions related to registration posted on here will not be immediately addressed!
With the tight timeline, we please ask that you pay VERY close attention to your email that you list with your registration! Emails and payments will be responded to within 24-48 hrs, so look for those response emails! This will give you, the attendee, the best chance to reserve your room in time!
Again this year you have the option to order extra stickers, please remember that all drivers will get ONE included with their paid registration!
If you set up a registration last year on our online system, your login info should still be in there (I did it for me) so try that out before signing up again!
To get started RIGHT NOW please go to http://bfest.beretta.net for the most current itinerary, and click on "registration" on the right side!
See you in June!

Excellent. I'll have to get this in gear soon.
What do we do about little ones Mike? We will be bringing a 7 yr old with us on the trip; they are to be listed as a passenger as well I'm guessing?
Sorry, I'm new at this whole "passenger who's not an adult" thing!

That's a good question, I will have by then a 3 and 5 year old, along with possibly 3 senior high school students..... Yikes.

I have to hold off till near the end, as I don't know now for sure if all the 18 year olds are going. OR how that impacts having 2 vehicles. One Z and one van. lol

Re: BerettaFest 2012 Registration - OPEN!
I guess the easy way to think about it is, if the passenger will be consuming or utilizing anything at the picnic then the registration fee is necessary... Correct me if I'm wrong Mike, but I would have to assume you wouldn't expect someone to pay $10 if their 4 month old was coming since they would not be consuming any of the picnic food or supplies.
The registration costs are to cover food for the picnic and any other items used to put on the event.

Re: BerettaFest 2012 Registration - OPEN!
Law, PSH!
However the general rule I've followed was once they hit age 2, they are considered a passenger for registration. Heck I think I was the first person I had to enforce this on LOL!
Chris, we can always square up near or at the event if they might be extra. Just as long as I have an accurate headcount and funding for food on saturday... that is the biggest thing, unless they want t-shirts that is!
