Sure, after I drop $180, always my luck.

XLR8ING, what kind of other mods are you guys looking at doing to the Beretta line of motors? (underdrive pullies, port and polished intake and exhaust manifolds, TB's, manderal bent pipe, ECU reprograms)

I am high interested in any engine mods.

Wow!  I haven't been around for a couple of days, and there's much more response than I expected.
Bigbird, I'm near London, so be expecting an email from me.  I know the 3100 CAI can be done, so if you're willing to come down here to measure it all out, then we're in luck.
I've just talked to a guy today at my normal job (FDP is just a side business for me), and he's got a 1989 2.8 automatic Beretta.  Told me I'm welcome to take a look, but I doubt I'll be able to actually test fit an intake on his car.  I'll let you guys know what I come up with there.
We also carry 62mm throttle bodies for the 2.8/3.1 as well as the 3100s now.  http://www.geocities.com/fdpperformance/tb.html
Stock on the V6 is 52mm, unless you've upgraded to a 3400 TB which is 56mm.
I also just got the prototype adjustable fuel pressure regulator for the 3100, and I'm waiting on the 2.8/3.1 AFPR as well.  As soon as they're available, they'll be on my site.
We'll be coming out with chips for the earlier V6 models soon as well.  Once testing is complete.  Possibly other's if we can get test cars.
Thanks again guys.  It's great to see the interest here.

I plan on doing my intake over this summer, so I'd definitely buy  a true CAI for a 2.2L

Yes.  The 2.2L needs a respectable cold air intake for $150 or less.  Give Mantapart some competition and i'll give you my business.

BUMP

Curious how things are going. If you've decided to make some of these or what. Your prices demolish Mantapart and as long as R&D doesnt cost you an arm and a leg I think you'd be making some dough too

Just relocate battery, and cut a hole for it. Nice air setup I'd say. This is in a Cavalier, but you get the idea.

Hey,
I don't think most people are willing to relocate the battery.
The cost, and work involved is more than some people are willing to do.
Also, most tracks won't let you race if you've relocated the battery to the trunk, unless you've installed a remote disconnect switch.  And I'm sure most of you aren't willing to start drilling holes in your trunk.
I haven't made much progress on intakes for you guys yet unfortunately.  I emailed Big Bird a while back, but never got a response.  If he sees this, maybe he'll get a hold of me.
Again, if anyone can make it here (southwestern Ontario, Canada), I'd be happy to do what I can.
