This week I determined that my rear bottom seat cover is uncleanable.  I used Armor All Oxy Interior cleaner and scrubbed the hell out of it, it looks slightly better - but definatelly not up to par.  The front ones look to be in exactly the same condition - but I will try to clean them too before I go on dying stuff.

I'm thinking about going with black, since my car is red, red would probably come out looking pink, so my choices are grey and black, and grey probably won't help hide the stains (and nothing will hide the cigarette holes.)

So how do I do it?  I know there are dyes you can use for fabric, so I'm considering trying to pull off my covers and maybe use something like that, unless there is a better suggestion?

If I could have dyed my stock seats black, I would have. I tried dyeing the fabric inserts in the door panels (the same as the majority of the seats) and it didn't work worth a ****. I know Chris the Canadian has tried dyeing gray seats and they just came out a little darker gray.

I would just suggest trying harder when cleaning yours, or you could have them reupholstered, but that's pricey.

If I decided to get them redone, I'd bend over and get an a$$ full of leather.  (And so help me god, if I wrecked I'd be getting the jaws of life and pulling them out.)

^Or those poor mistreated cats...^

The way I see it....  I steak lasts a meal, a set of seats lasts for years! ÂÂÂ

(The cow is gonna die for steak anyway, might as well not waste...)

nobody likes maroon (or garnet) interiors

if you wanted to go to grey, just get grey seats...way easier...

I know I'm gonna get alot of sh*t about this what I did was used fabric and vinyl paint from autozone to do mine black with red inserts. (I taped off the inserts when I did then black then taped off the rest of the seats to do the inserts red) I think it turned out nice but I don't have a digital camera to take pictures...

I saw these seats at Berettafest, and honestly I didn't like them.

Dyed my Corsica seats from Red to Black (only the centers).  Used an aerosol spray and it worked far better than I imagined.  They (after about 2 years) turned out to look like a very dark red.  Got many compliments on my seats, they didn't look too bad.

I think it worked well because my seats were like corduroy and I don't think they were stainguarded.
