I thought you were building new ones from Delrin or some such? What happened?

Its not worth the time and effort at this point to machine them, my life is consumed by other stuff, i would rather just buy a set

Well, I might be able to build some, as we talked before... It would be a few days, maybe more, but PM me if you want, and maybe we can work something out. I'm not sure where to get Delrin or thick nylon in my area, but if it paid enough for material to make a few sets and cover shipping to you, I wouldn't mind spending the time to fab them up... I do have one good template here, ready to go. I also have some acrylic (although my 5/8" stock isn't here, and other than a couple of small scraps, I can't get to it any time soon) that might work, I just don't know if it will take the abuse. Maybe if it was sandwiched with aluminum? I have plenty of that in 1/8", what do you think? Would standard hose-clamps of adequate size work, if kinked-over to make the triangular shapes?

I have the steel straps that go over the triangles i just broke my fiberglass triangles, acrylic will break to easily and im afraid delrin is to soft which would cause it to smush and flex, i really only would like to purchase the fiberglass stock ones because of their strength and rigidity..
I have tons of delrin, ptfe ect at my shop that i could make some out of in the spring if worse comes to worst..

Are the ones from a hollow bar the same? Not sure if you can just change the bushing.

I'm not sure I would need a photo and measurements roughly
