Did new fuel lines on my 89 GT, ran fine that night. Tried next day and it will not run unless you give it throttle and keep throttle on it. Has new plugs, and had new iac, tps and o2 in last year. Tested FPR by unplugging the vaccum line and turning to on position to prime pump and got no fuel.

One of the fuel lines was loose going into fuel rail which was odd, but took it off and retightned it. Still the same. Seems to run good as long as throttle is on it. Once you leave off it dies.

Ideas?

If it's an automatic try unplugging the TCC solenoid on the side of the trans.

Usually purple with 4 wires coming out of it.

Nope 5 speed.

So it runs but rich and sort of rough with tps unplugged.

Installed new tps and won't run unless its unplugged. Ran if I let it warm up with it unplugged, shut it off and quickly plugged it back in and started it again. Ran for 10 min and tried again and won't run unless its unplugged again.

At a loss right now for what is up with it.
