The 2024 Beretta.Net Community Calendar Voting Thread!
Posted: Sun Oct 01, 2023 8:11 pm
Do you hear that? Large, antique bells ringing in the distance... A solemn, single voice cries out...
It's Beretta.Net Community Calendar voting time fool!
Here are the 24 entrants for the 2024 Beretta.Net calendar! This is a mere single submission more than last year... Our community continues to grow and yet our calendar submissions do not as proportionately. Why is that? No really, it doesn't make sense... There are SO MANY hot rides in our ranks these days, why are you not submitting your car for consideration? I'd love to see 30+ submissions each year! So yeah, get on that. Please?
This years' selection process is going to be hard as the submissions this year were excellent. Bravo, really. These are some hot shots! There were only a couple of photos that were a tad on the darker side or that were composed oddly. But the vast majority of submissions were clean, crisp and high quality. There's a handful of some real bangers in there this year.
So anyway, 24 entries. That means we have to cut this field down by exactly half to determine our winners. As always it's gonna be a tough one as well, it's always hard picking your favorite Beretta, let alone multiple Berettas. Voting starts now and will end on Sunday, October 15th. That's two weeks to get your votes in but hey, you're here reading this now right? So vote! I will get in contact with with the winners shortly after to clarify all details, if necessary. Winners will be granted their choice of month, in order of most votes received. REMEMBER, I have only listed the information you provided me. If you didn't provide anything your name is listed. If you didn't give me your full name, your full name isn't listed. I will make no assumptions in hunting down information so it's on you to get me what you want listed in your winning calendar shot, if anything. Most people go with forum screen name, real name, car year, engine and location. But you're welcome to pick and choose from that as you like. This is your last chance to add anything or correct any spelling errors! Send any edits to: Ryan.Haenny@gmail.com and be sure to look for reply email so you know I got your edit.
Each of the photos I received were adjusted with my novice Photoshop skills to adjust/enhance for color, contrast, hue, saturation and more. All photos were adjusted equally as I simply let each picture speak for itself and show me what it wanted. If you have an issue with how it came out contact me directly and we can have it fixed. But I think all will enjoy the saturated theme that I like to apply to all submissions each year. Please remember, I can only do so much, especially when a photo is not of the best quality in the first place. Hell, there were two shots this year I only made a tiny edit to and one submission I didn't even touch!
As we have branched out to Facebook with the calendar heavily once again this year I need to say that NO VOTES ON FB WILL BE COUNTED. All voting shall be done here on the website, in this thread. That means I won't take your emails, texts or messages taped to a pigeon's leg. You are able to change your vote(s) at any time prior to the poll closing on October 15th. If you don't make twelve votes, that's on you. I will not be reaching out to anyone to notify them of a lack of votes. But please, do place twelve votes. There's no reason to come in here and vote for like 3 cars and bail. So, get to voting! I give you the 24 entrants to be considered for the 2024 Beretta.Net Calendar! This year, they are in fact in alphabetical order.
