3400 wot question

hello....i have a 1989 beretta gt 5 spd. i did the 3400 swap last summer but i used the 2.8 injestors. About 3 weeks ago, 3 of the injestors crapped out and so did the computer. so i decided to switch to OBD2 and use 3400 injectors. But now....at wot the car bogs out and is sluggish but at quarter pedal it excellarates or seems fine and at idle revs fine but driving seems messed up...... so i was wondering did i hurt the motor by using 2.8 injectors like burnt valves? Also doesnt sound like it has good back pressure....maybe cat is clogged?
