i have a 1990 beretta 3.1 and i have tried to etest it 3 times now fails everytime and i always have the same readings..... i have changed my whole exhaust new air filter and new spark plugs and wires what else could be causing this??

i was reading the hc ppm i passed everything else except my hc ppm my dad said its hydrocarbons i was just wondering if it could be my timing????

i have a 90 beretta with a 3.1 in it and i was wondering what are some easy upgrades to make my car run alot better and add some horsepower??? secondly i failed my e-test but it was my hydrocarbons any ideas on whats causing the problem let me know... thanks wes
