I am a big guy I pull my front passenger seat as well.   I would recommend aftermarket heater core, but get GM's hoses.    The GM heater core has plastic sides.  Their hoses FIT WELL and are not much more if more at all than most discounted parts stores.

I was working on Tim Wortman's 1994 Aqua Z26, and during removal of the tires I spotted a SERIOUS problem.   The rear control arm bushing..donut was completely popped out.  If you recall he had noticable problem with vibrations with his car.    After replacing tires, wheels, rotors, getting alignmen...

I have a un warped 1987-90 grey dash.  It needs to be dyed. The glue under comes through and makes the grey look purple.

I try to look for black and medium grey 1991-92 Dashes, but those are hard to come by.

This happened to me at bfest in St louis.  The bracket on mine slipped over though.  I corrected this and retightened the clamps.  I think there was some stretching.   I think it would be a good idea for anyone doing this bar to check the torque after installation and driving a bit.

I can get blue, grey and garnet interior dashes for 1993-96 eaasily.  Jim, good condition medium greys are hard to find if that is what you have.

rear sway bar will make a huge difference.

the dual tip system is used on the Grand Am's and would work on th Beretta.   The Z04 body has a slight cutout in the bumper making it look weird with duals.
