What are the things below the seats then  in the carpet and the ends poke out there plastic and theres one on the passenger side and driver side, are they the stock air intake somehow or something else?

I have a fram air filter but its a huge diffrence still because its getting alot better mpg because there was about 2 pounds of dog food in the air filter box when I changed it GD mice at least that wont happen again.

I just used a bottle of gumout and got a lot better acceleration and a little  better mpg. But is seafoam better for you car then?
