Missing Grommet?
I order a new set of vacuum hoses from my local GM parts dealer.
Here is a photo of the old and new vacuum hoses next to each other.
So my question is what happened to the grommet on the old hose?
Could it have fallen off into the intake? Should I be worried about it's whereabouts?

I think I found the problem. It seems to be a vacuum leak. The part of the vacuum hose that runs from the PCV valve to the Intake manifold (see red circle) does not fit tightly.
