Re: Beretta Spiritual successor?
the "code red" has been known to me as the code 130r. GM decide to swap names around?
however, if they put the 140 on a RWD platform, i'm pretty sure i would like that combo the best.
the 130R looks like a top heavy miata to me.

Re: magnets under the oil pan or trans
neodymium button magnets are some REALLY powerful units.... place one of those (~7mm size) next to the business card sized one and you'll see which is more effective.... i'd make a nice grid of them where the original magnet would have been and go for it. i have 2 magnetic drainplugs, one i made mys...

from what i can remember, Denso is the actual manufacturer of the Delco units, so i would go for it.
considered running a heated O2? they seem to last significantly longer than the 1-wire units.

i see 3 standard PCI and what looks to be a single AGP slot on that motherboard...... i haven't seen any motherboards released since ~early 2007 that still had AGP slots.
that's the best reference i can see. the fact that it's unpopulated as well means it's a ricer of a computer(all show, no go).

Re: i know one of you builds custom pc's...i have a question
CPU-Z specifically will give you some pretty detailed info on the CPU/RAM. not sure if there is any program to reliably identify the video card though. assuming you open it up, take plenty of pics. could also run a benchmark on it to get some idea of whether or not it's got some power to it, last ti...

Re: New Ignition coil specs seem correct to you?
coil resistance specs are believable. the ICM actually limits current/voltage to i think 5 amps. if it allowed full current to pass through, it would most certainly kill fuses, along with generate a lot more heat in the ICM/coils. it's actually why they use a ~5mS dwell period, running a full 12 vol...

can't say i'll take all of the credit though.... i can't make windows programs worth a damn, but i sure can chew through some 68HC11 assembly like i get paid to do so.
