Every morning when I start my car it sounds horrible. The car shakes, there is knocking coming from under the hood, and the exhaust rattles. I notice if I have my door open that the lights flicker. I know exactly why the exhaust rattles, it's completely shot, but i don't know where all the knocking ...

I've done the Seafoam, Injector cleaner, Spark Plugs ( I had to helicoil a spark plug soon after I got the car :/) I replaced the 02 sensor. Has power windows and locks, but I don't use the power locks because they seem to be weak or something. The windows work fine though.
