You can get one at a junkyard. All the years are the same more or less. The only change I found when looking for one was that there were washer hose holders on the one for my 95. I was able to use the passenger side off a 89 and reused the driver's side. I used a green 3M pad to take off the soft looking stuff and it looked much better(almost new). I found some new ones and the total cost was like $140(you had to buy the cowl panel + the screens). The screens are melted on, by the way.
