I have a 95 base and was looking for the samething. I searched and found out that Walker makes them and the # is 36153. You will have to find a Walker dealer in your area.

Maremont also makes one and they can order it at Autozone.  I don't even think it costs $10 for the part that goes around the muffler.  The part that bolts to the frame rail may not be available aftermarket.

Muffler hanger 95 Z26

My car is a 94, which has a hanger on the pipe before the muffler, but I went ahead and installed the 95+ muffler strap setup. Since my muffler is aftermarket and smaller, I used some strap you get at a parts store and it rusted off shortly.

Then I got some stainless steel metal and bent 2 halves secured each end with stainless screws and nuts. The stainless steel was scrap from a HVAC flu or something.  But it worked very well with my stainless muffler I also added a stainless hose clamp to keep the metal bracket that goes in the rubber mount attached since the rubber was ripped on the side. works great.
