I'm gonna cry...  I always looked up to that car because it was another unique power house like mine just screaming plain old base on the outside.  Thats got to be a hard car to loose, I'm sure it will turn up somewhere, probably not in the same condition as it left but someone has to spot it.

D@mn Norm, that totally sucks!   I only have Liability insurance on mine too.  I guess maybe it's time to reconsider that decision.

Thats really a shame especially since you've had that car since high school and all the money and hard work you put into it...damn car theives!

Since your only a few minutes away if you ever get the urge to drive a Beretta again you can take mine.

that really sucks man.  I dont like whats happening here, everyone is losing their berettas (due to many different things), selling them, or losing intrest in the board.  Rex and 3100 95 modified are a few that are on the board more often and have been around for a while but there are not many more.

Guys at work say expect it to surface in about one week.  Drive it, strip it, and dump it.  We'll see.

In the mean time I loss 50 lbs. of rotating mass on the GTO with a new set of SSRs from Tirerack.

I doubt it will get stripped that much, worse case is they destroy the dash and other crap getting any stereo or bolt ons.    I would also contact the pounds..some of our cars we get in are stolen, Integra's and some other cars get stripped....the rest usually get burned or stripped of dumb things.  I fear the burn!

Let me know if you need any parts to get it back together if it does surface.

Man, I'm really sorry to hear about your car(s), Norm!  I've always admired the things you've done to your Beretta.  I hope it's found soon and in good shape, and hopefully they'll catch the people who did this.  In the meantime, enjoy that GTO

SSR's are yummy!   Which ones did you go with?   On many cars I love the SSR competitions, something like 12lbs in a 17.   But there are a few other SSR's I can picture looking great on a GTO with some nice 275+'s on the back :P

Damn....  One more wonderful BFest tradition gone.  No more Rex's Quad vs Norms V-6 drag events.  You always had the ET advantage and I had a MPH advantage.

Really hit me about like Aaron selling his car.  Definately doesn't help me with my car.

Sorry to hear man... Who steals a Beretta anyway? Damn....

Sucks to hear it won't be replaced, but I don't blame you...I bet the GTO is fun as hell to drive.

Well, the Cleveland Police found it Sunday morning.  Unfortunately it is at the impound lot which is not open on Sunday.  The police did say the trunk lock was punched out and it was leaking fluids.

I'll give a full report this week.  I assume it is on wheels, but will not know until I see.
