Steering Wheel + Steering  column

Post by 96Z26 »

(jskiguy @ Jan. 08 2009,19:08)QUOTEAll Beretta steering wheels are closer to the dash on the left side than on the right. The steering column doesn't come straight out either. The whole thing is at an angle, I.E. not perpendicular to the firewall.
You may not need to do anything, what you are noticing might be normal. I have an extra wheel if you are really in need. I believe the aig bag connector could be different.
WOW!

Thats a new one?  I've never see a steering wheel that dos not set center....Hmm

Still need the wheel...took off the cover and there is a BIG chunk off the steering wheel

Bandit...you have mail!

A big chunk, where is it? I'm sure that mine is ok, but I'd just like to know.

The wheel has a chunk on the left side hafe way up...looks like someone pick at it?

I did not see or feel it because of the wheel cover that was on it

People do the strangest things to cars. What did you use to get the cover off?

The cover?

It was just a steering wheel cover to go over the wheel....like you get at auto parts store, WalMart, ect...
