Drag strip at Bfest?

You have to have drag racing at Bfest... I've only been to one but I just can't imagine a Fest without it...

I agree with Cramez, the strip shouldn't be any more than a 30-45 minute drive... I think that's what will make or break a proposal too...

I am VERY into seeing who can snatch the best times with their Beretta... I was eager to see Rex's or something in the 13's this year but unfortunatly that wasn't the case... I am hoping to get 14's out of my N/A tuned Quad... And I also have a brand new 3400 which I'm saving for another project car, and hopefully that would be capable of 12's...

AutoX should still be an option, but on a different day.

Do both. Drag racing is fun, but I'd also like to autox. That's something my car should actually be good at.

AGREED!

I like drag racing and I also like to see who can get the fastest (and slowest) times in the straights.  But I am better at autoX, also I think its more "user friendly" for our cars.  even if you have 200,XXX miles on your car autoX isn't as hard on our motors as drag racing is....

But I do hope to have a GTZ by Bfest and making it into the low 14's N/A and maybe 13's after the turbo gets intalled.

Autocrossing puts a strain on the suspension a lot.
