if we did lucas oil dragway i wonder if we could get some tours of the nitro car garages that are right around the corner from the track. that'd be sweet to see where they build the 8000hp rockets.

Too bad the race track doesn't have a drag strip. Hell I would be happy just to get to drive on the brickyard... LOL But we know that won't happen. I guess good luck, hopefully something works out.

I'll pay for 20 cars to get into the park.

Think of it as my donation.

Who said there would be no sponsorship from Asylum Motorsports???
I'm good for the race trophies if there is racing. That situation has not nor will ever change as long as I'm at all involved with this group.

We can't assume anything so without hearing from you personally we have to not expect something from you. Hopefully you didn't take offense to that.

Well, I'm good for picking them up from ya about a week before if you don't end up going.. Should save on some shipping cost.

Hopefully we can get something worked out for the 1/4 track, i would hate to have it canceled this year due to lack of interest in an alternative option.

Fair enough Jon. No offense taken. I have been out of circulation for a while, and I suppose in hindsight that would have been a difficult assumption.

Cliff once it is decided that there will be racing I will supply the trophies and the Best Engineered award as I have in the past.

Barb has registered and we are hoping to try to go. Depends on a number of factors. But I have been feeling quite a bit better of late.

Maybe someone will buy the damn car and I will deliver it there.

Eric - I am more than thrilled to hear you may be attending (I thought something might be up when I saw the registration :D ). Keep in touch with Jon or myself if you need anything from us or the situation changes. As always glad to have you aboard!

Other than that it looks like we would have enough interest for people to cover their own park entrance, so I will figure that budget a bit differently. Now if this track guy and I could only stop playing phone tag.... :P

I have been to No Limit/Route 41 before. Its actually closer to Chicago than to Indy. Its one of the cheaper ones.
