Something I still need to install... I have a set of 4 that say beretta on them.

No, the splash guards that go in the wheel well... to cover up my CAI filter, etc.

Not a fan of the 100% flat black on the mirrors... Should have used a Satin like I did instead.

I actually wish I went gloss black on all the window & door trim. I just may redo it this winter. And I can spray the mirrors body color when I do the wheels if I want. The flat black looks good, but not as good as it does when it's glossy in the rain. At least it's not pink!

I dont remember what K&N I have. I've had it for so long the PN is long gone too.

yup, 104-108 it is pulling quite a bit of fuel, may want to correct that, your mileage will go up.

I am working on a wideband data log to send to superdave and hopefully he can make adjustments to bring me in closer. It definitely sucks as is.

Makes me curious what my 95 was like with the stock tune... It was probably really lean in open loop and that's why my around town mileage kicked ass! And why it would stall if I romped on it immediately.

I'll have to pull up $A1 code again but it might have a lean cruise mode like $DF does. Either way you could tune it to run leaner than 14.7 at cruise for more MPG. Screw emissions!

Yes, $A1 code is what I'm using... lean cruise would be sweet. The nice thing about a 5spd is it pegs the A/F gauge at 18:1 when you're off the throttle for a couple seconds.

Running less fuel than stock and forcing the computer to compensate was part of how I improved my mileage so much in my before to after emissions testing though most emissions also suffered from that and a few other things though I was still under legal limits.

Hope that filter is not to big to fit when you put the splash guards on. I had that trouble. I still have the part number for the one I used if you need it.

Yes, when you are not on the gas and the car is coasting or the trans is enging braking, the computer will run in deceleration mode which means it pulls fuel out. That's why you'll get better mileage to use the engine to slow the car some and for coasting instead of putting it in neutral. The ECM stops fuel to the motor since the motor is being spun by the car's wheels. If it's in neutral, then it needs fuel to keep spinning.

This is a totally rad car... but one question where did you get those things to flip the car on its side? how hard is it to flip it up there and get back down again? can you do that with a motor in the car?

I would not flip the car with the motor or trans in it. The mounts are not designed to hold a motor on the side or upside down and could tear out/etc.

Isaac, any tips on doing a lean cruise? I'm quite interested. There is no pipe sniffer in NY for vehicles older than 96.

I have everything I need now to data log my wideband but havent had a chance to install & do it yet. Hopefully I can run a couple before the snow hits us. Yesterday when it was 30* out in the morning it stalled every time when I tried to leave it running to warm up.
