I just wrapped it around the cables... It should be plenty adequate.

I used header wrap to protect my shifter cables, on my 88 2.8/5 spd, when I installed the headers and never had a burn thru or melt in the 16 yrs that the headers were on the car. I just wrapped them and used copper wire to hold the ends closed. The tubes that Chris links to should work just as well.

I really got burned out on this.
But I talked to some guys at my work and we use PTO cables a lot and well I asked where I could get one made. Then they also said the length is not really important. As in if its longer then you just need to route it somewhere else to make up for the length. Just as long you can mount it the same.
I say "F" push and pull. I have tried to get a hold of them with no luck.

Same with Madison... I sent them pics a while ago and never got a reply.

Sorry guys. I don't have the time to persue this either. If you wish to call them up and bug them more, they should have pictures of the stuff you need.

Well I'm back for round 2. At my work we use a lot of PTO cables and basically are the same thing. I need to get some ends from junk cars and then the PTO cable shop we use can make them. Not sure on price yet.

I bought the shift cables from that indy. Since that one is in better shape I will send that one in. I just need to wait till I get it. Depending on how long it takes ill send in my old ones.

You might try Rodney Dickman on these. I know he has had the fiero cables made, and the ends are similar.
