are you going to have some way of getting up top?? Theres a lot of storage room up there as long as you don't close yourself out of it.

I will probably leave one of the half sheets of drywall on the end accessible. I do have some extra Camaro fenders, etc. to put up there.

what about for down the road get some of those attic stairs. something like the link below then you won't have to drag a ladder out when you want to get up there

Yeah that's what I was thinking thats what they did in the garage here in our rental house makes it nice to work on stuff with low celings but still have access to the top for storage.

All the insulation is done now and I only have two half sheets left on the walls. Next I'll finish mudding and try to clean the place up a little! Don't know if I'll get to painting before spring, but it would be nice. I have some work to get done on the truck though before the snow flies, so it's crunch time.

Well to let you know, in new construction most the time any attached garage is unpainted. Just mudded up and left to the owner to deside so to most people it probably wouldn't be noticeable.

You know me, man. It will get dirty...with parts strung out all over! haha
It's so much lighter in there now even without paint yet that I decided I'm not gonna worry about it yet. I'll get the truck done and see how much time I have left. Probably none...

That's the same thing Larry was trying to do with his garage, Drywall alone will brighten up a garage a bunch just due to the reflections.
