Add a nice fake SC sound to it.

Would you really want to run without a knock sensor?

Properly cut and design for thrust will not interfere with the KS. He aintza goin to cop out with a fake SC soundin engine! :runsies: :burn: :sparta:

Every time I've had the chains stretch on me I've had to unplug my knock sensor... It was running fine on my way to denver... on the way back I had to unplug it because it would register over 30 degrees of KR on the highway.

Yeah, the stop point for the lower sprocket shouldn't have been machined off so it will still work like normal. It should have only been clearanced for the chain itself.

Look over on 60* I'm not going to transfer all the info over here since it's on there already.

Still no definitive answer on what the problem was to sum it up. There were forgotten oil grooves on the back of the cam sprocket and it was stated that the lack of oil caused the wear, but I have a hard time believing that with how the chain fit the sprockets, or didn't for that matter, and physically nothing was worn, the chain was simply stretched, and you could measure the stretch in it from pin to pin.

Also Marc will no longer respond to my emails because he took my posting of this info as a way to take a shot at him and make him look like someone who wants to screw everyone over... Obviously not my intention in the least I was simply trying to inform 22 other individuals before they destroyed their engines possibly, but what can I do... Everyone assumes crap when they just read a post on the web and blows it out of proportions.

I'm just waiting to get my two sets back and I will have the pitch measured on both the chain and the sprockets locally and also test the fitment the same way as I did before and see if the chain will wrap around the sprocket loosely... if not I will be returning them for a refund.

Oh yeah, new nifty drain plug I bought for the Beretta and Subaru... Need this the most on the subie since the drain plug is a M20 bolt... it's like taking out a dam when your draining the oil and always goes everywhere.

It's spring loaded shut with a twist cam lock to hold in the open position so even if you do bump it it would only drip for the fraction of a second you hit it...

I was afraid of the fumoto valves which have a lever on them like a ball valve shut off... THAT can get bumped in the open position quite easily.

This thing takes a good amount of pressure to open up so I have high hopes for it.
