This has probably been discussed before.
Does the 2.4L Twin Cam Supercharger (Cavalier, Sunfire, Grand Am, Alero)
bolt on the 90 Q4?
Im stuck between turbo or sc bein I decided to stick with the Quad 4.
GM 2.4 Supercharger!

Decided to scrap the 3400 swap idea.
So i will see what I can make the ol' Quad do.
2.4L Twin Cam Supercharger (Cavalier, Sunfire, Grand Am, Alero)

I know it requires some modification to the intake flange at a minimum.  There are tons of people who put the Quad intake on the Twin Cam.

the M90 is about the right size.  The 3800 only makes a little more power than a Quad and the Quad has a lot more RPM potential.  If you wanted the ultimate build, combine a 2.4L block with a balanced bottom end without balance shafts and a ported 086 head and some Crane .430" lift cams along with an extrude honed 92 HO intake manifold.

You cant bolt a 2.4 supercharger on your 2.3. You would need to put a 2.4 head on your motor to make it fit. I have a 2.4 lowerend with a 2.3 topend, and cant put it in my gtz because of the CPS(crank postion sensor). A 2.3 has a 15 degree crank, and a 2.4 has a 0 degree crank.

Way to bring this back from the dead. He swapped in a turbo 3400 instead of keeping the quad.

Last I heard of nukkin, he made his last motor melt and implode with like, over 9000 PSI of boost or some crap like that. epic win.

I really do take pride in at least having a reliable 12 sec beretta... I don't think many other's have been able to put down times like that with a platform that doesn't break.

I think you have more time invested in tuning too.

Tuning FTW.

Going by the 1gb folder called Beretta Tuning, I would have to agree there... lol

Best thing I ever invested in was a logable wideband O2... I use it on the legacy too.

I heard that too. Or was that the "new" engine?
