Clear upper filler panel, with all 4 studs, not cracked.

Pretty simple, looking for a clear upper filler panel, 87-93 year range. It can be dirty inside, leak water inside and be cloudy - that's all good as long as the filler panel isn't physically cracked and all 4 mounting studs are intact.
I broke what was my spare one by knocking it 4 feet onto the cement shop floor, it busted into 3-4 pieces.... everything else that I've got left is total junk. I've got a cracked one with 3 studs out of the shed just to have something on the car right now...
It doesn't necessarily have to be a clear filler panel, a tinted 94+ upper would work - but I'm going to paint it black anyways to match the lower - so I'd rather not paint a tinted one unless that's all that is available.
I'm in zip code 52501, I have paypal and I'm not a broke joke. Hit me up if you've got one!

I believe I have you covered! Let me check tonight.
Wait wait wait... why worry about painting one black, when you can just get a black one in the first place? Need to match an existing paint tone?

he wants the freshly painted look, and doesn't want to further decline the # of clear/tinted panels... that's all it sounds like he's getting at.

It sounds like I'm going to be acquiring one through trade.
However, I would also be interested in a clear one, should you/anyone have one available. Then I could paint the clear one and put the tinted one I'm getting away as a spare.

I don't get why you would ruin a clear one if your just goin to paint it clear ones are already impossible to come by when a black one can be scuffed with a scuff pad and painted and noone would care unless you have the beretta letter light mod

He has his reasons I'm sure. And these hard to find parts die every day... if you are lucky enough to score one, you can do with it as you please! By the way, I'm sending him one.

Word. I'll have both to do as I please. Maybe convert the black car back to stock?

If you really wanted to do that I actually have a NOS clear lower filler with the red lettering that I'd possibly part with for the right price

Both if they aren't dirty I don't know how to clean them unless you cut them open and resell them shut with fusor
