I have a set. Well, I am owed a set that I still have yet to acquire. And I am in Colorado... not too far off.

I have some sides, but shipping costs negates it pointless for shipping them.

Not if the buyer is paying the shipping costs! It all depends on how bad his desire for them are. You can still make your money and he gets his parts.
If you do ship these, or anything "oddly shaped" as such remember this: DO NOT make the box oddly shaped as well! This will only make it cost more, much more, to ship. Keep the box square or rectangular in order to keep costs down. And I advise using FedEx for something like this.

It's more who is willing to deal with making the box, taking it in for a quote, providing the quote, taking payment then actually taking it back in for shipping. It can be a LAME process, which is why many sellers simply won't ship, even something small. I've been at it for years. I made a box once that used 2.5 entire rolls of packing tape. It contained and entire testarossa style body kit, which I wish not I hadn't sold. I've had entire, and I mean entire interiors shipped to me before. It's all in the willingness to do so.

For side skirts or bumper covers id ship via greyhound iirc it cost 60 to send a bumper from grand rapids mi to flagstaff arizona just used some thick plastic sheet covered it all up and it went out takes a bit though only downside great way for bulky items
