I'm looking for a wiper motor with the time delay feature built into the motor cover for my '88GT. If anyone has one in good working condition that they want to part with, can you please give me a price shipped to Iowa sipcode 50213?

Thanks,
Scanman88GT

It's not the motor that has the time delay feature on it...
Most of the motors are exactly the same aside from different wiring...
It's the cover that controls the time delay on the wipers.
So make sure you keep your wiper motor cover or get a motor off of one with time delay.
I had troubles finding one for my car as I guess it was an odd ball, I had to go through parts numbers in sequence to find the right one...
The wiring on most of them wasn't the same...

Yeah, I know that the time delay circuit is built into the circuit board inside the motor cover. That's how mine is now.

My motor occasionally spazzes out. I've had the driver's side wiper fly off of the windshield and park itself on top of my outside mirror. Damned P.O.S.  lol.

Does the motor have the washer pump built in to it? Some of the '88s are like that...

Yeah. The washer pump plugs right into the motor from underneath. It has two spade terminals on the end which are at right angles to each other. There is also a small metal clip that's supposed to act as a retainer, since the pump is installed upsaide down, but I've never been able to get them to stay in place.
