HOLY 2020 BERETTA.NET CALENDAR VOTING THREAD!
Posted: Mon Oct 28, 2019 10:21 pm
Gee willickers the time is upon us. The time is nigh in fact! I mean, what better time than now!? The 2019 Beretta.Net Calendar voting thread is here!!
Here are the 18 entrants for the 2020 Beretta.Net calendar! That's a good chunk less than we had last year but it's still a great amount of submissions. That means we have to cut this field down by 6 entrants to determine our winners. The odds are in your favor this year folks! As always it's gonna be a tough one as well, it's always hard picking your favorite Beretta, let alone multiple Berettas. Voting starts now and will end on Sunday, November 10th at Midnight MST. I will get in contact with with the winners shortly after to clarify all details, if necessary. Winners will be granted their choice of month, in order of most votes received.
Each of the photos I received were adjusted with my novice Photoshop skills to adjust/enhance for color, contrast, hue, saturation and more. All photos were adjusted equally as I simply let each picture speak for itself and show me what it wanted. If you have a serious problem with how it came out contact me directly and we can have it fixed. But I think all will enjoy the saturated and contrasted theme that I like to apply to all submissions each year. I tried to bring it back a notch this year a s it seems I got a bit heavy handed last year with some of the photos. But this year's submissions were a lot better quality so they were easier to deal with. Hell two of them are the least touched photos I've ever received! Once winners are chosen they will be cropped in order to best fit the calendar, if necessary. I wanted to leave all images raw in size for voting. Please remember, I can only do so much, especially when a photo is not of the best quality in the first place. If you think you can do better, I'll talk to you next year.
As we have branched out to Facebook with the calendar heavily once again this year I need to say that NO VOTES ON FB WILL BE COUNTED. All voting shall be done here on the website, in this thread. That means I won't take your emails, texts or smoke signals either. You can change your vote at any time by simply editing your post and reposting it. Please make it apparent that you have altered your vote so I don't miss it! Also, note that some entrant's information will be added as I receive it; engine, tranny, etc. The preferable information layout is real name, Beretta.net screen name, car year, model, engine, tranny, location. However you are of course free to submit as little of that as you please. Remember, I only posted up what you gave me with your submission and the info shown here is what will be used on the calendar itself. If you need information added or changed, please email me directly as I will not come after you for this information. If you only sent a photo, only a photo gets used and nothing else. This is your last chance to add anything or correct any spelling errors! Send any edits to: Stylusskid@msn.com
