Digital Cluster odometer rapidly rising??

Strange issue, odometer is rapidly increasing on my digital cluster, was fine before, took it out (put new bulbs in it anyways) and still does it. It racked up about 5000 miles in 2 or 3 minutes just sitting still, oil pressure gauge is also inoperable now, just has 0 psi always. 
Wtf?
