We in the committee have discusses this issue at length, and we as a group have decided to put into effect an Official Code of Conduct for current and future Berettafests.  The reason for this contract is two fold: it protects us as a group legally from any retribution that may be sought because of one members misconduct, and it holds those who commit the violation responsible and not the organizers or any other attendee.  This CoC will be distributed to everyone at check in and you will be required to sign a waiver stating you have read and understand its contents.  So we are giving everyone a good look at it well in advance so there are no questions about it when the time comes that we need to enforce a rule.
