For those of you who are going to register/have registered but not paid...

The deadline for reservations at the hotel is 12am on June 8th (so really June 7th)!  PLEASE make sure that you get your registration in AND paid for soon so that you don't miss out on our group rate.  If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to ask myself or another committee member.

Also- for those of you who got the first round of hotel info emails, please ignore the 1-800 number for now.  That is an old outdated number since our hotel switched companies.  Use the 412 number.

How often are the emails with the hotel info sent out to those who paid? I assume it's not automatic, and I'd like to reserve a room soon. I paid a couple days ago and am just wondering when the hotel emails are sent out. Once a week? A couple times a week? Whenever whoever sends them gets around to it? Etc.  

I got my e-mail last week, Irelynx if your registered and need the hotel info LMK... unless you got an e-mail by now.

Just reminding everyone that the deadline is THIS WEEK.  Make sure to get those reservations made!!!
