Is there a way to add a report button? Case in point is the asshat "ObtaimililkM" who just made a mess of the forum. I know that you can just PM a mod but I dont know who handles what on the site.

There should be a little red ! icon in the posts for reporting. Right now the global mods and myself are covering the site until I get everything stable, as far as the spam the last few days, I should have that issue resolved shortly.

I used the little red"!". I also went to the bottom of the page a hit the contact webmaster in blue to report the spam.

No need to do both, I get notified when I get a pm, its usually about a 2 minute turn around.
