Northstar V8 swap ?

was giving this some thought, either rebuild my 3.1 at some point or go balls out and do a Northstar V8 swap. question is how trick will it be to stick a Caddy v8 in ?
It's been done in a Cavalier. I actually saw the car at the J Body Club of Ontario Bash last June at St Thomas Dragway.
It's really tight and unless you are very good with a welder and an experienced hot-rodder, forget it.
It will become one of those stuck in the garage 10 year projects that never gets completed.
Think 3400/3500 and make life easier for yourself.
